Shantanu is a veteran entrepreneur with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and patient wellness. In the late 90s, Shantanu founded an Artificial Intelligence company with the goal of shifting search algorithms from keyword-based to Eigen Space-based and intent driven.
For the most part of 2000s, Shantanu served as a leader in Accenture's Healthcare practice and helped drive the firm's healthcare solutions and innovation projects. In his current role, Shantanu leads predictive leader Jvion where he and his team have worked to combine Artificial Intelligence and patient wellness to deliver a predictive solution that prevents patient suffering. Shantanu earned his Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in India.
Ritesh Sharma comes with a versatile background of sales and delivery. He has had the opportunity to work in multiple industries including Pharma, Payors, and Providers. Ritesh spent nearly 10 years at Accenture where his focus was on program management, client services, and business development. His reputation in delivery excellence was well known by every client that he worked with, which yielded excellent results for his organization. After Accenture, Ritesh did a series of entrepreneur activities, where he specialized in organically growing small and mid-size organizations and taking them on abnormally high growth curves. This was achieved mainly by his reputation in the market combined with an ability to drive innovation. In his role at Jvion, Ritesh is focused on business development and is tasked with all sales, client services, and account management for the organization.X
Chetan is a career entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ experience operating and managing businesses across the Healthcare, IT, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Retail Industries. As Chief Financial Officer of Jvion, he is responsible for financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, shared services, procurement, legal, and human resources. Chetan brings a consistent and proven ability to achieve results, reduce risks, and work with personnel across multiple levels within an organization. His leadership drives structure, organization, and operational efficiencies to enable business success and the realization of strategic goals.
Prior to Jvion, Chetan worked in few technology start-ups in the Greater Atlanta Area with successful exits. The companies that Chetan has helped lead have benefitted from his focus on the best interests of the business and are distinguished by their positive market presence and eminence.
Surya comes to Jvion with over 12 years of leadership experience in the healthcare consulting space. Before Jvion, he spent a majority of his career as a Senior Manager at Accenture in the Health and Life sciences practice. He was responsible for delivery of several transformational and IT initiatives architecting, developing and delivering complex solutions with large teams in the US and offshore for large Payor and Provider clients. Surya is also Sun Certified Enterprise Architect and possesses unique skills to lead and develop innovative IT solutions to solve real world problems. He is the Architect of Jvion's Bonobo Patient Phenotype Platform, and is responsible for Product Engineering and Client services.
Surya is a very active member of the HIMSS and AHIMA organizations. He earned his Bachelor in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a Masters degree in Engineering from Auburn University, Alabama.
Dr. Webster brings to Jvion his passion for leveraging informatics to improve wellness and prevent illness and harm in healthcare. He has a 25+ year history of clinical practice, informatics consulting and informatics executive leadership, all oriented towards transformative improvement in healthcare. Prior to joining Jvion, Dr. Webster served as Vice President/Chief Medical Information Officer for CHRISTUS Health, where he led the creation of a Health Informatics department across the complex international organization. While there, he made significant contributions to improved quality and efficiency by leveraging informatics in all venues of care, including inpatient, ambulatory, in- home remote monitoring and tele-health. Before CHRISTUS, he held several clinical, leadership and informatics consulting roles, and is a noted national speaker and published author of peer reviewed articles in the informatics literature.X
Allison brings more than nine year’s experience developing and delivering targeted communications to drive sales, brand eminence, and employee engagement. Her experience is the result of a unique background that combines client service with proposal development and marketing communications. Ranked within the top 10% of all organizational change and marketing communications employees at Deloitte, Allison is a recognized subject matter expert in change management, talent management, organizational communications, proposal development, and strategic marketing communications. She has a proven history of driving high rates of employee engagement, leadership alignment, stakeholder enrollment, and organizational readiness to enable the success of large process and technology transformations including ERP implementations. Additionally, Allison has an impressive marketing background with a history of driving proposal win rates above 85%.X
Brad Allen is a results-oriented healthcare executive with a 25+ year track record in U.S. healthcare information technology. He has a passion for developing long-term customer relationships and building high performance sales teams. His experience includes representing software, service, and mobile technology solutions focused on the clinical, financial and administrative IT requirements of healthcare organizations. Brad is actively involved with HIMSS having served on Chapter boards for over 10 years.X
Rich is a 30 year veteran in the healthcare imaging, device and software markets. Early in his career he honed his skills at large multi-national companies managing national and international business operations, including sales, marketing, service and implementation. His award-winning success as a business executive is augmented by an MBA and a BA degree. More recently he has worked with early stage consumer / patient engagement and analytics companies developing go to market strategies and processes to quickly grow prospect pipelines and enthusiastically endorsing installed clients. Rich is passionate about ensuring patients avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, suffering and expense throughout the treatment and healing process. Rich is an avid fund raiser for the American Cancer Society.X
Nish Hartman, Jvion's Business Development Vice President, is an experienced leader at building and executing strategies for innovative healthcare solutions. Nish gained much of her hands on leadership experience early in her career when she was responsible for developing, deploying and managing a global account organization for Fortune 500 clients. She then went on to architect and develop the first national professional services organization for built upon best-in-class channel partners in the US for Sun Microsystems. Identified as a member of Sun's potential leadership forum, Nish rotated through several leadership positions in a "tour of duty" when Sun was acquired by Oracle. During that transition, she worked with transformative projects such as Clinical Translation Science award to ensure that medical researchers can securely acquire as much clinical information as possible to advance the state of care and improve outcomes. As a Healthcare Solutions Strategist at Microsoft, Nish worked with providers and plans, involved with initiatives such as Big Data and predictive analytics, leveraging innovative technologies to promote wellness by enabling the patient with appropriate information to make mindful decisions and accountable care through ground-breaking enhanced medical outcomes and cost savings with innovative approaches to patient-centered medical homes. Nish has been an active participant in professional and community focused organizations including ACHE - The American College of Healthcare Executives, a former Board Member of North Carolina HIMMS, and Fellow for the Batten Leadership Institute. As a student of the complete healthcare system Nish understands the challenges of Healthcare information management and is focused on applying the latest information technology treatments to promote wellness.X
Michelle serves as Jvion's Vice President of Business Development. She brings more that 24 years of successful experience in healthcare and healthcare IT. Michelle practiced as an ER nurse and has served the healthcare IT industry in Sr. Executive Leadership roles. Her areas of focus have been in product planning, development, go-to-market strategies and tactics, managing corporate-wide business development, enterprise-wide sales, and service and support for business operations.X
Jill Markwell brings 25 years of healthcare and information technology experience working for enterprise EHR and medical technology companies. During that time, Jill worked on first to market barcode medication administration and device interoperability with the EHR which impacted patient safety and quality. Jill holds a degree in nursing from The Pennsylvania State University and has worked in progressive and critical care. At Jvion, Jill can apply her clinical expertise to help our customers predict and recommend patient level interventions that make a difference using data science.X

He has an extensive background in both consulting services and business development for a range of healthcare institutions. Angela Shepherd brings a mix of real-world clinical and technology experience. She joined the Jvion team after working with Bard Medical Critical Care Division where she helped support the advancement of healthcare delivery through medical technology adoption. Angela is a registered nurse and graduated from University of South Carolina with a BSN Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She started her clinical career at Duke University Medical Center where she specialized in critical care nursing. She leverages her understanding of clinical, technical and administrative workflows to drive technology enablement and adoption. Laura Turner brings over 15 years of experience including research, clinical microbiology, hospital quality and epidemiology, and healthcare information technology account management and consulting to Jvion. She studied microbiology at Auburn University and earned masters’ degrees in clinical laboratory science, epidemiology, and healthcare administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She draws on this experience to use data to help her clients drive improved quality, innovation, and process improvement in their facilities in her role as a Director of Success Activation.X

His background includes hospitals, hospital systems, national consulting firms, managed care entities, management services organizations, plus governmental review agencies. Gary has been involved with multi-level strategic planning, business/marketing plan development, physician organization development and marketing, and executive practice management. His unique mix of expertise and experience provides clients with solutions that address both short and long-term issues.
